I believe Elder Elpey is in Racine Missouri pastoring.

The WHOLE story myself and three young men from the church I was pastoring stopped by and went through the church. I did step to the pulpit and say "Acts 2:38 or hell & No Bobbed Hair Women will be in the Bride" the boys said Amen. We went through the book store/coffee shop and 2 ladies did ask us to come back. Also CC1 gave me a grand tour once.
