Which Constitution did you read.

It is this kind of thinking that is taking us down this dark and dismal path.

Put yourself in the shoes of airport security.
You are wrong again and do not have a clue.

Obviously you were unable to hear the threats and insults from the police on the tape.
airport security is hired to find weapons and names of people in the system that have threats in the past. You can't blow up a plane with paper currency.
You don't respect our laws for some reason. I had an employee from Venezueala and they do have laws about how much currency they can cross borders with.

Some liberal wackos had pushed a "terrorist profile bulletin"

The Missouri State Police did exactly what they were told to in their secret report. On Governors letterhead.

I'm sure that he does, BUT with everything going on in this world - sometimes we need to think - especially at an airport.

But, I can say that it's very aggravating that they pull aside those that don't harm society and let the others go. That's something I don't like.

So he supports us going thru checkpoints?
Search and seizure laws are still with us and we will need them tested again by the Supreme court.

Really? We carry quite a bit of cash when we're traveling--usually around $400-$1,000.00. (Split between my purse and Jeff's wallet for safety.) AND the bank card, of course! You need cash for quick stops, tips at hotels, emergencies, etc.

If I DID have a large quantity of cash for some reason, my SUITCASE is where it would be, rather than on my person. Isn't that what he did? Stuck it in his suitcase? LOL!!!!!

I do agree that it would have been wiser to wire the money, and not risk losing it in his luggage, among other reasons, but I don't agree that carry money while traveling is in itself a cause for suspicion.

We have to think... there is a good chance that I will be "terrorized" at the airport by the TSA.

To me... the point is that this is just going to get worse until we start calling their bluff.
