Well, that last song was the only one on here that I've ever heard in my fifty years!! I'm glad I wasn't raised on some of the songs on here. Some of them are just plain GOOFY!

OK. I believe I will. This is even in the book American Folklore and the Mass Media. Found that out doing a search.

It begs the question...these folks worship Jesus, or hair length? Hard to imagine that you use this song for Praise and Worship!!!

So you are the individual who is nodding off during the preaching and when the praise and worship resumes you are swaying back and forth while people are running the backs of the pews, and people are clapping behind you? Oh no..I'm the one who's squirming and wishing the floor would open up during preaching. At least most services still it's that way. (I've only been back in church since June...it's been a crash course in fixing what got broke in 8 years out of the church) I don't stand out quite as much as you think...I'm in a tiny, new, home missions church. The pastor's family, and his parents, are the only ones attending who've been in the church for longer than a year. Then me who was in the past and went out wandering for awhile.
And I sit in the back. lol WAY in the back. I'm the only one on that side even..all the way in the back.
I don't go out to eat after church with anyone from church..well not at all. Never been asked and too broke to bring it up or just go do it with my kids.

Oh no..by my past I mean what sort of services I used to go to, what sort of preaching I heard, what sort of worship meetings I attended, what sort of prayer meetings I was at and the home church services I went to and....
The songs here tonight? lol I don't think so.

LOL do me a favor... remember one thing.. it will keep you out of trouble... never say never!! ESPECIALLY TO GOD!!!! LOL just fair warning.. take it from someone who knows!
