So you are the individual who is nodding off during the preaching and when the praise and worship resumes you are swaying back and forth while people are running the backs of the pews, and people are clapping behind you? Your past? Forget that, that's your problem, you need to get over the excuses and shout and dance and run when you feel the Holy Ghost wanting you to get up and move.
