I thought they were sequestered tomorrow all through the end of the trial, and that's why the Judge denied defense request to delay.

So in two different trials this Judge had her ruling overturned.

The tampering with the evidence looks like a coverup to me. Especially, when the superior was black and pressured Serino to press charges even when he didn't have enough evidence to do so.

This is interesting. I had forgotten about this from a year ago, and only thought of it today. I did recall TM going into a store, the clerk rejecting his purchase request, his friends coming and making a purchase very shortly after he walked outside.

But, this part of the article caught my attention:

Didn't DeeDee say that TM had the ear buds in his ears talking to her at the time of the altercation? How could they be in his pocket and on the ground at the same time?
