IAM, I really do know what the manual is but it never ceases to amaze me that some people are more concern about what it says than what the bible says. Some people think they cannot be saved without it but you know that is not so.

I would have to agree with Brother Epley here, there are some women so masculine and some men so feminine, and with the bobbing of the hair and the cross dressing, it is hard to tell which is male and female.
Now if you have discernments of the spirits, you may be able to distinguish which is which.

I guess there just aren't many cross dressing males and females where I live. I've seen some masculine women & feminine men; though not many, and I've never had a problem being able to tell whether they were a man or a woman. And I don't think that putting a dress on a masculine woman is going to fix the problem(s). Do you really think that's the solution?
