Having worked at a convenience store, I've seen many that fit the exact same mold that Esaias described. It may be a generalization, but that doesn't make it untrue.

I've got a heifer named "Lil Ribeye" eating a mix of oats, hay, and pasture grasses right now. But the steer will probably go first. I haven't named him, yet, but I was thinking something like "Derp" might fit (he's got this hilarious look when he looks at you straight on).

He's also on oats, hay, and pasture as well. I'm thinking some Derp steaks are gonna be yummy.

Yeah, we just finished up three steers that were butchered about a two years ago!
All grass fed and really lean meat.
