First, the claim that child homelessness has increased by 60% in four years. Where is the source for this claim? I found a report from the National Center on Family Homelessness which shows an 8% rise between 2012 and 2013. That means the preceeding year and following two years would have had to been at least 17% each year. Yet I haven't found anything about this.

Second, the $269 Billion is a guess for the Estate Tax. Of course, a silly meme doesn't include that Estate Tax is a double tax. That the money being taxed by the Estate Tax was taxed previously.

Your meme is misleading at best, and a flat-out lie at worst. And it's not the first time you've posted a misleading/lying meme.

The House was able to get six Democrats to vote for it, the Senate only needs six votes to make it veto-proof. I do agree it's mostly symbolic though, seeing the House scheduled it right around tax day.

Please post the statement where it says there has been a 60% increase in four years. You keep posting these google links, which HELLO shazy, Google results show not only US hits, but hits from around the world.

The link for "Number of homeless children soars by 60 per cent in a year" is for the UK! It's not even about the US.
