Re: Last Day of Work

I'll be praying, Randy. Do you mind if I ask why they are letting you go? Layoffs? If you think I'm being nosy.....just IGNORE.

This may be the perfect time to start that online business! That's what I've been doing and it's been doing pretty well! It was tough to leave my job, go to nursing school and then get hired making less money and not at nursing. However, in hindsight, I am very pleased with how things turned out.

I have Cody's book 'When All Hell Breaks Loose" and it is excellent. If I had the money I would buy a copy for every single member here.

I showed you how to brew Kombucha. Don't you have any hippies around your area? It flies off the shelves around here.

LOL. Yeah, not poker, Randy!

I have had my own online book business for a few years. I vamped that up and am selling more books than before plus I have expanded into clothing and some computer stuff.

Here is a link to my store:

http://stores.ebay.com/FrugalYou

My books are mostly on half.com but I have a few on ebay and a few on amazon.

Oh, that's what I did a few years ago. LOL! Yeah, right!

Actually, we are going to get rich off of mini-storage. At least we hope so. We have about 80 units right now and want to expand.

Re: Last Day of Work

Randy, I am believing this will turn into something better.

last september I recieved notice of layoff with a last day of employment the day after Thanksgiving.... Hows that for a holiday blessing?

well, 3 weeks before my Xdate, I found a new position within the company and ended up with a promotion and a pay raise. God is good.

I trust that you will find blessing in this situation.
