But why the rhubarb over Noe's original post on IQs? Maybe your point about narcissism is relevant; and I don't mean that as an insult to anyone.
For myself, the social isolation described as being characteristic of the "higher IQs" hit home for me. But before I place myself into such lamentable company I must first admit that I am probably too dull to figure out what to do about it.
And so, I happily find myself with the "morons" doing repetitive and menial tasks while at the same time ruminating over the latest results from CERN. As Camus determined his Sisyphus to be "happy," I too am "happy" though stuck performing tasks of eternal frustration.
