I have heard a former UPC Pastor preach against certain sex acts, even between husbands and wife. He did so at a General Conference.
I have been told by more than a few Christina folks who meant well but wanted to guide me into making sure that when the Lord blesses me with a wife, we don't do anything to displease Him.
How does oral sex between a wife and husband displeases the Lord?

I think it's absurd for a Pastor to tell married people when and how often to have sex. That is or should be a personal matter. It also unfairly excludes the other members of the congregation.

Just stating my own opinion here but, I think this whole topic is out of line and I think that preacher was out of line bringing up such a subject. Absolutely none of his business nor ours here to discuss such private matters.

Preach against fornication, adultery, homosexuality, etc.
That is Bible.
But I don't personally think a preacher has any business pulling a cheap stunt like this.
Of course sex should be taught about in a general and tasteful way.
But the married folks' bedroom ought to be off limits.
I am a pastor, and I feelstrongly about this.

But this wasn't "teaching" from what was posted. Telling married people "go home and have sex every day", is frankly none of the Pastors business to do.
It's one thing to teach biblical principles and quite another for a Pastor to use his position as teacher/shepherd to instruct them to go do it every day for a week. And this is church, not a private marriage counseling session
