Sister Fella, I was just thinking this week that I want to sit down and read the book of Proverbs all at one time!

Thanks so much for your posts. They are always full of good sense and gentle admonition. I love it when you post scriptures for anything anyone happens to be going through. What would we do without our 'roadmap' for this journey that we're on?

She'll energize many in the Republican base who were apathetic about voting for McCain. Dr. James Dobson has come out already saying he will vote for this ticket. And Rush Limbaugh loves her, as so many other conservative talk show hosts.

Even if her faith scares off a few, it will attract and energize a lot more voters than it turns off. This is a net positive for McCain.

Yes sir the people are morning the last 7 1/2 years of lies and a war that we were led into by lies. Over 4000 men and women dead and the family's are morning because of the wicked man in our white house.

Good post, TRFrance. Totally on point and I agree.

Dobson was very wise to say that he only endorsed one candidate, Reagan, and it was after his first four years. He said you can become a widow very quick by endorsing candidates. In that he is wise and doesn't put himself in the position to take a stand either way, which is what he should do.

God knows who has been mourning, praying and believing for the past
18 mos. He always brings swift deliverence when the righteous cry out
to Him. And this past week with the DNC in progress, no doubt a lot of
people have been crying out!

We heard a lot of zeal and what "the Demos" are promising to do. Man
cannot do what needs to be done. God will bring it about and use those
who desire to do what is right to do it. He told those disciples that
"without me you can do nothing". And it is still true! Righteous people
know that! The righteous cry to HIM and HE delivers them as HE always
did and still does. These have been and are the days of temptations (tests).

Just as the children of Israel were tempted in the wilderness. Some wanted
to go back to Egypt. The bondage of Egypt seemed better. But when the
going gets rough, it's time to put on the whole armour of God that we may
be able to withstand in the evil day. Be strong in the LORD and in the power
of HIS Might (Strength). HE IS THE RIGHTEOUS JUDGE!!

We shall see!
