The last thing I would mistake you for is dumb. The powers of the GB are laid out in the manual along with the powers of other officers and institutions. Why would that be surprising? It contains the constitution which is what we are supposed to operate under.
Usually you are pretty coherent but you are losing me with some of this stuff you are posting.
Bless God, let's throw out the corporate bylaws and operate under guidelines developed by the disenchanted. The problem here is - on one hand we want the UPC structure to be powerless - on the other when we discover that it is not all powerful we are disappointed.

Actually the problem with the Manual.

They are trying to repair a 2007 Buick with a 1957 Chevy manual.

No matter how you try and get it running, until you get the right parts the car will never start.

The older cars have a mystique appearance.

But that is all they have is appearance.

Another problem. The idea that many over the years decided to drop some of the standard issues.

They had to leave the organization to do so.

So the organization is not about to vote for the use of TV etc.

Because some would leave over the proclamation.

So they are slow to adopt any new ideas.

Thus many times they miss the opportunity.

My suggestion be proactive as you do in business.

For once in 100 years be ahead of the competition.

Anyone can duplicate what someone else has already tried.

How on earth could I have a voice and solution anyone would give a glance at?
