The Bible School has fifty years of history in Fredericton, property provided for the expansion, and a district willing to put up the million or so looneys required.

I would like to pay tribute to the editor of the official paper of the Atlantic District, the Pentecostal Messenger. Bro. JDT does a great job, and puts out a quality paper issue after issue. I look forward to reading updates on the progress of the new Bible College campus in the Messenger.

A pastorless church that has a resident pastor who is not really the pastor. It's a great job if you can get it, "All of the fun of pastoring, none of the hassle."
Yes, I have heard. It's great the way that good news just spreads out in ripples of celebration. Praise the Lord!

I would estimate that the AD, district and church, accounts have a collective total of close to $1,000,000 at any given point in time.
The inspiration for the people to buy into a project is the challenge of fund raising.
I hope that the Bible School will find the key to open the windows of Heaven and fully fund this great project.
BTW, (and I hesitate to ask because it will inevitably result in one of two responses: that I'm bitter; or that it's none of my business, but here it goes anyway) Why is the new school being built in Fredericton, New Brunswick?

Because you didn't offer them the free land to build one in YOUR community!

That church has a problem.
The preacher who is not the pastor is doing a fine job and having what for rural NB would be considered quite a stir. The people love him and would vote him in as pastor in a heartbeat.
That is a blessing - but it is also a problem, however there haven't been many names in for a church that is stable, has a parsonage, pays a good income, has close to 20 teens in their youth night and a debt free building.

Didn't need to, land that far out in the boonies is only about 50 bucks an acre.

My father-in-law was telling me last night that this speaker is going to be evangelizing, but basing out of CCC? He had the impression from what was being shared that the church is going to provide some level of support for him to do this. If this is true, I think it is so commendable of your pastor and church to do this.

I would've, but I'm still bitter over losing my teaching position at NCC just before I received tenure.
I think that they should invite you and I back on staff, and have us team teach a class in comparative theology.

There was talk of that (we've heard) a year or so ago. At least in regard to TB. Not so sure if you were mentioned or not.

Actually, I was told by a Bible School Board Member while I was home, that someone had brought up my name at a board meeting as a possibility for Bible School President saying if only I had credentials, I would be excellent for that position.
That really surprised me!
