Would GZ be specific about hitting his head on the "edge" of the concrete? Wouldn't just saying hitting concrete include the flat surface and edge? After all, he spoke about maneuvering off the concrete. He had to have come in contact with the edge while getting off.

The State is trying to make it seem as though it is imperative that every statement GZ gave (to law enforcement as well as friends and TV reporters) must be EXACT in order for his version to be the truth.

Right, except the jury heard law enforcement say that they never expect anyone to tell the same story in the same way when repeated.

And didn't someone state that the person would be suspect if they did?

So what is going on? I went out to heat up some lunch, came back and O'mara's talking about a fishing expedition the Pros is taking us all on.

Sounds like Pros wants to get some teacher on skype or telephone to testify that GZ knew what the laws where and how to get around them??????
