No need to be caustic in a thread about bacon grease.

I guess it's the sign of the times?

I get my bacon from the butcher at Whole Foods.
Thick sliced pork bacon.
I make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and place three strips inside.

Great choice! Mine have extra mayo, a few drops of Tabasco sauce, Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and a huge amount of bacon with grease.

Re: No one cooks BACON better than me!
So, Bro. EB, do tell us HOW you make your bacon? Is it Crisp? Tender? Burnt?
My favorite way to eat bacon is in a bacon, egg, cheese and homemade bread sandwich

It depends on what will be going with the bacon. When I wrap a steak the bacon is tender. If I'm putting the bacon in salads, peanut butter n jelly sandwich its crisp. In chili, between crisp and tender. With eggs crisp. Burnt? NEVER. Carbonized foods never taste good.
