Yeah, it's already not flying over a government building. It hasn't been since 2012. Currently, it's flying at the memorial to the Confederate Army.

Not yet, apparently debate in the legislature will begin Monday and then the state legislature will begin the perfectly legal process of deciding whether or not their going to take down a flag they put up. Then there will be a vote. Whatever they decide....... we should probably respect it, since it's the "states right". I have a feeling, though, if it's not the decision you want.... you'll cry foul.
