When do you get it?

I don't get it every time. And when I click the link again, it will load.
Do you think it might have to do with my Avast Safe Zone?
I went into IE and Safe Zone showed that I had a long list of trackers. I don't get that on Firefox.

I had a computer tech tell me one time that Java is very necessary for your computer to run smoothly online, and that java updates should always be updated as soon as they pop up on your computer. I had left a java update uninstalled for months and had major issues. When I updated the java, things seemed to normalize out for me.

What I have in plugs-in - Firefox has Java Deployment Toolkit 7.0.600.19 is known to be vulnerable. Use with Caution.
and has it disabled.

Could be Avast or a fire wall. Do you have the fire wall on in Avast? What about Windows?

Mine is too. Firefox does that I think. I doubt you need the deployment toolkit
However perhaps the reason they are vulnerable is a lack of updates?

If Avast is calling webshield a firewall, then yes. They are both on. I know that can cause some problems, but I've had Avast for awhile and it has always been on along with Windows.

Yes, I do understand that not being updated can cause problems, but I am updated.
Anyway, I am still having the loading problems. Don't know what to do next. I've exhausted all my options, other than unplugging and tossing out the front door. LOL!

Check to see if that module is being blocked. Check to see how high the browser security and privacy settings are
