It really is. I just grilled (went out and bought a cheap one that uses Charcoal--yucky--) and grilled some good ribeyes and fried some fries, so I'm full and afraid that if I wait it will all be gone.

I prefer charcoal, and if I am out of those, wood logs or dried cow pies are fine... I hate gas grills.

I AM a city slicker. It is just so hard to regulate. I multi-task, so it is hard to cook and fry french fries and so on and so on. So it is hard to keep everything from burning because you can't regulate the heat.

Dried cow pies???? Where do you get those??? Please don't tell me you pick 'em up out of your yard!! Ewwwww. I don't think I could eat something cooked over dried cow manure. Sorry.
