Relax folks.
Facial hair is allowed on the platform at GC so it is no longer a sin.

Hope thats true. Yet there are more Oneness Pentecostals outside the UPC than inside it. Will they soon follow into more light?

The Roman Catholic Church has required its clergy to be clean shaven: http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/02362a.htm. It's not too much of a stretch to see the "clean shaven" face of a man as a way of making him appear younger and more vulnerable. Consider the scandals involving older Catholic clergy and innocent young boys and it's not too hard to see that they really are going after a particular "look."

Before Joseph was even allowed in the presence of Pharoah as a prisoner the first thing they did to him was to shave him (Genesis 41:14). Shaving the beard has always been the way the people of God were forced to take on the appearance of the heathen.

The first thing Martin Luther, John Calvin and other reformers did when they left the RCC was to grow a beard, and then take wives.
