Nothing tics off cops more then when they feel like there authority is questioned even if wrong.

Exactly!
She'd already told him she wasn't on the cell phone, so his next action was to tell her he clocked her going 5 miles over the speed limit. She asked to see that. He knew he didn't clock her, so he was double mad.
I understand the whole respect police, etc., but there are some very COCKY police officers out there.

yeah, you know he had issues, what cops give tickets for 5 over!!! Doesn't he know about the 5 over rule? it's right next to can't get out your car law.
