-Today has been a little more challenging for Ouma. I went to see her last night to tuck her in around 815 and she was already sleeping soundly. I stopped by the nurses station for about 15 minutes to ask how Ouma had been - while standing there, Ouma called the nurse for assistance so I was able to go in and see her.



Yesterday Ouma was taken off of all anitbiotics. Last night she began wheezing and coughing while I was there. The nurse originally said it sounded just to be congestion in her throat because she had no rattle and was moving air very well. I left around 12:15 a.m. this morning.


I spoke with Sandra this morning to find out that doctors have restarted antibiotics for Ouma and are giving her Lasix to remove fluid. She had improved and continues to do so. But while I was there last night, she was having a lot of trouble resting and her breathing was labored. She does not rest well when people are in the room so I told her I was going to leave - she asked me to stay because she did not want to be alone. I'm glad to have stayed - we did not talk much - I just wanted her to rest. But she would wake every 10 to 15 minutes to cough or get a sip of water. So much of the night was a chore for Ouma. She was exhausted from the physical therapy she had yesterday - simple things like getting her water or kleenex was almost too much for her.



In the past hour, Sandra says Ouma seems to be doing better than yesterday and just looks tired. It does not look like Ouma will go to the Rehab hospital today. The little that Ouma and I did talk last night was encouraging. She continues to be thankful to Jesus for where she is and what she is going through. She speaks in tongues often. As she was laying in that hospital bed last night, she looked at me and said "I have been led by the Holy Ghost many years - and I am STILL led by the Holy Ghost. I am led by the Holy Ghost sitting in this bed. I am here in Jesus' Name".

1.19.09 6:00PM UPDATE FOR SISTER NONA FREEMAN KNEEMAIL JUST TALKED TO SIS NONA FREEMAN!! Jason just called and said Sue you have a call;someone wants to talk to you I had no clue who it was but it was Sister Nona Freeman herself! She sounds better than I have ever heard her in my life or since knowing her! She laughed, talked and so jubilant! She is so energetic like a teenager! She had been in therapy session for 4 hours at 92!!!! She laughed and talked and of course giving her God all the glory and thanking us for all the prayers. She said when she first got sick her first words was, "Call Kneemail!" But she said we should see her rolling a ball between her knees at therapy! As we talked I told her of nearly 7,000 hits on You Tube, all the emails, phone calls that are from at least a dozen foreign countries; that people are calling and emailing of getting the Holy Ghost under their ministy. She could not believe it and felt so humble. I told her she had given her life for God and her healing and raising up is the results. I told her of the package we have to go out for her tomorrow and one of the items is a pair of frog socks, from the minsitry, FROG: FULLY RELY ON GOD. We have all her messages to date copied and pasted and printed off for her to read. They are of people praying and after I addressed it, there is a certain place where we put all of Kneemails outgoing mail. When I put that package in outgoing, the Holy Ghost came all over me and I shouted all over my house! It was awesome! As I am telling her about it I felt to pray for her by phone and she is already speaking in tongues! She said I can not wait to get that package and I will even model the frog socks and have Jason take my picture for everyone! But she wanted to personally let everyone know she feels wonderful and values all the prayers. I told her we have organized 'Nona Freeman's Read the Bible in a Year,' and that thrilled her. She said to be sure and circle 'I AM!" But we will have another update Tuesday. But she is having the time of her life and I am sure the darling of Physical Therapy!

1.20.09 UPDATE SIS NONA FREEMAN from Jason Williams

Jason is the young man Sister Freeman has claimed as her own that travels with her. He is her and Sandras life saver.

It's been a few days since I've written about Ouma's progress. I've been busy with a new job as well as getting to the rehab to see Ouma.

Tonight when I arrived at the hospital, Ouma was finishing dinner with Sandra. I was very surprised to see her with so much ENERGY! She had much strength in her voice. We talked and laughed as she explained to us what she does during her physical therapy. I am amazed at how far Ouma has come - not only since experiencing a stroke nearly two weeks ago - but every day she appears to be gaining more strength. Her mind is sharp! One thing I enjoy with Ouma is her laugh. She loves to laugh. In times past, it was all she could do to speak above a whisper. Now, although at times she sounds tired it is justified with all of the activities to do with physical therapy - Ouma sounds strong.

Ouma has not had a good night's sleep in a long time. Sandra, Joanie and I walked in her room Sunday night and Ouma confessed that she is finally RESTING!! She is able to sleep and stay asleep so that she benefits from the rest. No doubt the physical exertion from the physical therapy tires her out, but the fact that Ouma is getting good SLEEP is a big deal. I'm sure Sandra has her own stories but Ouma has told me on many occasions that she has stayed up all night in bed praying and praising Jesus because she just could not sleep. Sometimes this would go on for days on end. Some nights she may sleep 15 minutes, some nights an hour or two. After tiresome nights like those, she still gets up and does her daily duties and once again at bedtime, she repeats her sleeplessness. One night in ICU, Sis. Sharetha Wheeler was going to feed Ouma raspberries. From the time Sis. Wheeler dipped the spoon in the raspberries and aimed for Ouma's mouth, Ouma was ASLEEP!!!! (Story not endorsed by Ouma). Through all of this, Ouma says she is finally able to rest well and she is very grateful.

She was able to make a few calls tonight. I almost hate to mention it because there are so many people who would like to speak with Ouma but she simply does not have the strength to talk to the thousands of people who love her. Ouma spoke to Sue Crocker with Kneemail, who has been helping Sandra with calls and getting updates on Ouma sent out. Since learning about Kneemail and their ministry, Ouma and the ladies of Kneemail have become very close - she believe in and endorses their ministry and is covered by their prayers! These ladies operate in Apostolic Power. She was also excited to speak with her son Dale, his wife Sally and their son Brad. She also spoke with Bro. Stoneking and Bro. Tenney. The night Ouma was taken to the hospital, Bro. Stoneking was the first person I called as the paramedics were in the house preparing to take Ouma away. She shares a special bond with Bro. Stoneking and loves him dearly. She also spoke with Bro. Tenney. Bro. Tenney is the man Jesus chose to pray for Ouma and restore her speech which had been taken away by the stroke. She loves Bro. and Sis. Tenney and will miss seeing them, along with the Mangun's at Because Of The Times. It has been important to keep Ouma connected with other ministers and her lady friends and family. I have watched it give her strength and hope. A few days earlier when she spoke with Sis. Mickey Mangun, I heard much love as they spoke of the goodness of Jesus and their love for one another. Tonight Ouma was also able to speak with Sis. Vesta Mangun - such good friends and a love shared for reaching lost souls and spreading Jesus.

Ouma had a special visitor on Saturday! Bro. Bruce Howell - Foreign Missions Director - was in town to preach and was able to stop by and visit. They shared time praying together and talking about the mission field (which is Ouma's passion). Bro. Howell prayed for Ouma - but the day couldn't be complete without Ouma laying hands on and praying for Bro. Howell. It was powerful to watch them... the Power of Jesus filled that room. This is her life.

Last night we filmed another video for YouTube. It's a bit longer than the first one and is rendering now - I will have it up during the day on Tuesday.

Please continue to pray for Sandra Freeman. She has been at Ouma's side every moment she is allowed by the visiting hours. We all love Ouma yet many people do not realize the responsibilities Sandra has in keeping their household, travel arrangements and other necessities for each of their lives. Without Sandra, Ouma would not be able to keep her schedule and commitments. Aunt Sandra - you are very appreciated! Thank you for taking such good care of Ouma. Jay

I forgot to mention that in the rehab facility, Ouma shares a room with another lady. This lady also had a stroke the day after Ouma had hers. This lady is 85 years old. Ouma's roommate is still unable to speak and is having a lot of trouble communicating. Please pray for this woman.

Per conversation with Sandra Freeman Sunday night 1.25.09:

It's been a few days since ©Kneemail has been able to give an update for Sister Nona Freeman due to our computers being down but we are back up and running now praise the Lord! Sandra called us tonight after church and praise the name of JESUS; Sister Freeman is due to go home sometimes around the middle of the week! However there is bad weather and a bad ice storm due to move into her area and Sandra is concerned about that. She is hesitant to drive her in that kind of weather herself and plans to ask if she can stay longer since exposure to extreme cold is what initially weakened her. However if they still release she is going to try to get an ambulance to transport her if possible rather than take the risk of an accident.

She has not slept well for couple of weeks so the intense therapy has really been good for her by causing her to exert herself and get much needed rest at night now! She continues to eat well, and is responding more everyday to therapy. This darling lady is an inspiration to all and certainly her progress is from the thousands of voices interceding on her behalf at the throne of God! It is amazing how far at 92 years old she has come since experiencing a stroke nearly three weeks ago. Every day she appears to be gaining more strength; her mind is sharp, she is alert and on fire for God! The only way Nona Freeman will never pray and praise God is if she has gone to her reward. This April will mark 70 years she has served so faithfully in the ministry!

©Kneemail has printed off all her emails, her Everyone’s Apostolic comments, replies and discussions; listed all phone calls and mailed them to her and she wants everyone to know she got her big package! Sandra has read them all to her and she is really enjoying them! They hang her cards up for her to see so thanks to everyone who has taken the time to type her message or send her a card. ©Kneemail also sent her a pair of anointed frog sock, for FROG; FULLY RELY ON GOD! She promises to model them and have her picture taken in them for all her supporters! The most amazing trait about Sister Freeman other than her love for God is the fun she is! She is quite a hoot and a great sport and you can tell by the fun she is having that she is responding well to prayer! Praise God; how awesome and wonderful to allow us the joy of Him sparing her. We still need her strength and joy that she brings in her walk with God.

She reminds everyone that will; commit to reading your Bible everyday and join her NONA FREEMAN'S READ THE BIBLE IN A YEAR! This is one way to honor her; letting her know her burden and desire is responsible for you hiding the word of God away in your heart! When we advised her about this she is overjoyed so we can't let her down!

Just to advise and update about offerings: Fans on Everyone’s Apostolic have sent in around $400.00. Many may think $5.00 or 10.00 dollars is not enough to bother with but if enough people will join in unity for a 'Ten at Ten' it will be a blessing to her. That is ten dollars by the tenth to help her out financially. Her income and being able to print books depends primarily on her engagements and now they are cancelled indefinitely. She supports over 40 Foreign Missionary’s monthly even before she takes care of her own financial obligations. If possible please as a Nona Freeman Fan let’s support her. She is worth every cent! She has no idea we are advising anyone but she has traveled the world and given her heart touching all she can for the name of Jesus and now she is in need and needs our blessings.

Please also pray for Sandra Freeman that God will strengthen her as she tries to keep up Sister Freeman’s ministry and also Jason Williams. He is trying to work and help with her also. They are the strength behind Sister Freeman being in the ministry and let’s hold them up in prayer. Also Sister Freeman has written Sandra a letter for Christmas and she did not get to give it to her and now she can’t find it anywhere. God knows and can reveal its location and lead her right to it!

PRAISE THE NAME OF JESUS!!!!! SISTER NONA FREEMAN IS COMING HOME WEDNESDAY!!!

God willing she will be released from rehab center to come home Wednesday, January 28th exactly three weeks to the day when she suffered a massive stroke!

At first she was not able to talk but God has restored her voice and after therapy she is doing much better. The power of prayer by JESUS name intercessors has brought her a long way since then. She has come a long way and still has some recovery ahead but there is still a lot of prayer in us too! IN JESUS NAME WE HAVE GOT THE POWER to see her completely healed!

This past August she fell and broke her shoulder. When she called Kneemail for prayer she was in so much pain she could hardly speak above a whisper and in horrible pain. Immediately we prayed by phone and just the simple words, 'IN JESUS NAME' was invoked by faith and instantly the bones of this 92 year old saint of God mended! She began to speak in tongues, shout and praise God! They took her to the hospital for x-rays and she was whole! God can restore complete strength to her now too.

We need to really continue praying for both Sandra and Sister Freeman. She will be using a wheelchair and walker and can only be up or active no more than 45 minutes at a time and after that it tires out. She is such a miracle and a beloved person of honor!

Sandra will have to pick her up unless they will bring her home in an ambulance. Usually that would not be a problem but they are in the middle of an ice storm with freezing temperatures, ice and sleet. It is such a treacherous trip for anyone to be on the road and in JESUS name we dispatch angels to them.

If there are any Nona Freeman supporters in the Fort Worth area Sandra could use a few people to volunteer a few hours of time to help her out. She has business to be taken care of for Sister Freeman and there is no way she can be left alone even for Sandra to run an errand.

The earliest Sister Freeman will make an engagment will most likely be April. Her income depends on preaching engagments. This precious lady has traveled the world for the name of JESUS and 5.00 or 10.00 a month support from those who can until she can resume her appointments will be a blessing to her.
