You just want to leave Bakersfield. The metro is the way to go I don't feel the need to shoot people on there, but the 10 mile drive to get there sure makes me want to run a few of them off the road.

The right is to both keep and bear arms...the SC made it clear this year what it means to bear arms.

So shooting someone intentionally is equal to being inconsiderate of others?
You sound like someone that should NOT be on the road as much as the inconsiderate driver. In fact you sound like someone that should not own a kitchen knife let alone a gun.

I can almost guarantee that was NOT his first time being inconsiderate.
He has reaped what he has no doubt sowed and I am glad for the God's Mercy in sparing the lives of the one who almost went off the road and the one who was shot.
How different would this thread be if it was your relative who was driven off the road and that person's vehicle flipped over-- all because someone else was an idiot!!!
The guy who was shot will find no pity from me-- not one iota!
I am glad he is alive.

I love the mock sincerity lol...oh yes, thank god for his mercy that spared that idiot's life "he got what he deserved".
That's not even an eye for an eye...sure the driver is a jerk and should be cited or arrested for wreckless driving, but that is not equal to intentionally injurying and even possibly murdering someone AND certainly does not justify vigilanty justice,

Relax. First of all running someone off the road is not just inconsiderate, it could be as fatal as shooting them.

I hope he is NEVER caught!

lol...gosh that is so contradictory to what you just said in the previous two posts...

An idiot angel doing the will of God now? Again this is just incredible. He's an idiot but the good news is the guy deserved it? I don't mean to make this sound like name calling but aren't you sort of implying you are an idiot too? You can't praise the actions directly or indirectly of someone then implicate that person as an idiot for what he did and come away sounding sane or in then very least sounding like you are trying damage control

At the time of the founding, as now, to “bear” meant to
“carry.” See Johnson 161; Webster; T. Sheridan, A Complete
Dictionary of the English Language (1796); 2 Oxford
English Dictionary 20 (2d ed. 1989) (hereinafter Oxford).
When used with “arms,” however, the term has a meaning
that refers to carrying for a particular purpose—
confrontation. In Muscarello v. United States, 524 U. S.
125 (1998), in the course of analyzing the meaning of
“carries a firearm” in a federal criminal statute, JUSTICE
GINSBURG wrote that “[s]urely a most familiar meaning is,
as the Constitution’s Second Amendment . . . indicate[s]:
‘wear, bear, or carry . . . upon the person or in the clothing
or in a pocket, for the purpose . . . of being armed and
ready for offensive or defensive action in a case of conflict
with another person.’ ”
Justice Scalia in the majority opinion.
