At least they are good cats. They are all fixed and they don't spray!
I just figured out that I'm going to have to get at least one of them declawed. He's tearing up the trimwork around the doorways (we didn't have that in the other house), and I can't have that going on.
And I'm getting a dog in a couple weeks. He's a 2 yr old Lab. Good dog too.

Please do not bring your kitty to the vet to have them mutilate your cat by cut off the first digit of their toes.

Obviously one of us isn't spiritual enough to restore, much less rightly divide the word.

Help me rightly divide the Word, Sister.
The trinity is heresy, last time I checked.
Please explain to me how to properly exegete the passage I referenced.

I think that to Trinitarians, oneness doctrine is heresy. last time I checked the only thing not forgiving is blaspheming the Holy Ghost.
Corinthians tells us that we all see through a glass darkly. If I remember the great debate that our UPCI leaders had with Trinitarians...even the leaders of our organization could not adequately explain the oneness doctrine.
I am sure there are good men of God on this forum that could explain the scriptures much better than I, but thou art not one of them.

Sister,
This isn't an answer.
You accused me of not rightly dividing the Word; please substantiate where I failed.

There is a clear line of demarcation between one who has "fallen into sin" and one who propogates false doctrine knowingly.
We are to restore one who has fallen into a sin. We are to avoid one who propogates false doctrine.
Romans 16:17
Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
Now, whether you want to argue the semantics of the trinity vs. oneness is another issue, but BP openly rails against oneness teaching.
So, the scripture gives clear directive in more than one place, and Amos has already given one reference, here's another, but we are to avoid those who willingly go against the doctrine that was given to us.
we are not licensed to HATE them, or tear them apart, but we are to avoid them.

Thank you.
Some people seem to believe they are kinder and more merciful than God Himself.

MP,
I totally agree. There is a difference between avoiding and labelling someone as a heretic. My friend BP has been through a lot and is off balance right now and needs our prayers not our judgments and crtiticisms. And no, I don't think I am less judgmental or have more compassion than God, but I try to be as much like God as my Faith and flesh will allow.
Blessings,
Rhoni

Re: Pastor Steve Barley, Bill Price's Pastor
My suggestion would be just ban Bill Price and don't ever let him return to this forum. If he can't figure out what he believes, don't you think some of our new christians will be confused and mislead by thinks he Posts too?
Then lock this thread and move on and let Him rest in peace, at least if that is possible. He is so confused in what he believes, there is probably no peace for him.
But this Dead Horse has been beat to a pulp. He looks like he's been run over by many many Mac Trucks.
Now that's my opinion. Does anyone agree?

Don't agree. If we banned him we'd have a long list right behind him. You'd be surprised at the number of people who really don't agree on what Apostolic Doctrine truly is
