Ive used EVOO too. If I was gonna broil or pan fry or grill I would do it on high fast to get a crispy coating but not over cook the inside.

lol....I never get a whole salmon I have to clean. I get them from the store already cleaned and filleted. However I refuse to buy farm raised salmon. It has to be real ocean stuff

Butter is good and likely would taste good. but Sister, if you want to live, STAY AWAY FROM THE BUTTER!


One more. Honey, mustard and Olive Oil. whisk together to emuslify and bast the fish with it.

serve the fish over a green salad and use the marinde as a dressing.

very nice.

Oh yes!

Marinate it in Italian dressing for 30 minutes, then grill with smoke (covered) for about 6 minutes per side. Don't overcook.

LOL!!! It's all in the prep work--one of her tips (I think it's hers) is to prep veggies when you get home from the grocery store, and put them in the fridge in ziplocs--that way, you just grab and go when you're ready to cook.

But 30 minutes...I have yet to cook any meal in 30 minutes, unless it was Taco Salad or burgers, etc.
