We have many families in our church that drive quite a distance to our church. 60 miles for one elderly couple. Seven families that are 30 miles away.
Several of these families have churches of the same "brand" in their town.
I drive 30 miles myself. We have in our small community a little upc work of 10 people or so, and a larger UPC 5 miles away, but I've been driving 30 miles for 16 years now.
How about you ? How far do you drive to church?
Another question...how difficult is it to get guests from where you live to drive to where you go to church?
All the way.

As for me, I drive just a few miles. I like it that way. But when I lived in Memphis, we used to drive 70 miles to church. When I stayed in Green Bay, we used to drive 25 miles to church!
I don't mind a 25 mile drive... Not too bad... We usually listen to preaching or music all the way there... It's that drive back that used to tire me! So living just around 6-8 miles from the church isn't bad!
Where did you attend church, Appleton?
The church is Green Bay is a good one, although I don't attend church at all at the moment.
But I'm moving in late July and will travel 65 miles one way to church every Sunday. I have no other option for churches where I'll be living.

I've gone and done it now! I'm on Facebook!!!
i am about 10 miles away I think. not more than that for sure.
I grew up about 26 miles from the church we attended.
While on AIM in Guyana, I rode a bicycle with a broke seat 7 miles one direction to preach at the church I was visiting. did that twice in one day for 2 services! 28 miles on a broken bicycle. To God be the Glory.
My daughter is going on a missions trip to Guyana this summer. Any pointers??
