I opted to try voting from all 3 of my email addys. I started over each time and got a new code for each addy.

I received an email from her stating that the radio station had changed the rules allowing multiple email account voting...once per day.

I voted but it was a huge pain in the butt since I use yahoo for email and the vote it set up to go through a pop email account.
I used the email address they gave though and pasted the 100 digit string of numbers they said to paste in the subject line and sent it. I hope it worked!
