uTabasco is my favorite sauce.
Anyone ever eat any of those ornamental peppers that grow on bushes outside
houses as a kid? I did and it wasn't nice.
I like to eat at
Tijuana Flats they have a HOT SAUCE BAR.Its awesome.

How do you all eat your chili? Do you like soda crackers in it? Plain? Cheese? Fritos?
I cannot eat chili unless it has lots of onions (not cooked ones!), fritos and cheese. then pour in the hot sauce and you've got heaven on earth. Once in a great while I get really sacreligious and add a plop of sour cream to the whole mess. Mmmmmmmmmm

The exception for ground meat is ground venison - it's so lean that it doesn't make the chili unnecesarily greasy like ground beef does.

My father-in-law kills an average of 8 a year.... So he eats it every day, and I mean EVERY day.
(Of course he is one of those who thinks that Ketchup is "spicy".)
