Around here they throw macaroni into LEFT-OVER chili. NEVER first day chili!! They call that chili-mac. Get it nice and hot, serve it on a dish with a handful of shredded cheddar on top and it's not bad. Not something I personally would go out of my way for. But alot of people love it. They sell it in alot of home-cooking restaurants around here.

uTabasco is my favorite sauce.
Anyone ever eat any of those ornamental peppers that grow on bushes outside
houses as a kid? I did and it wasn't nice.

I like to eat at
Tijuana Flats they have a HOT SAUCE BAR.Its awesome.

Sister that's chili mac! Yummy with Dave's Temporary Insanity hot sauce, it's as hot as Dave's traditional Insanity but the burn doesn't last as long.

Hey, Sis, how about Brunswick Stew? with red chilies.

How do you all eat your chili? Do you like soda crackers in it? Plain? Cheese? Fritos?

I cannot eat chili unless it has lots of onions (not cooked ones!), fritos and cheese. then pour in the hot sauce and you've got heaven on earth. Once in a great while I get really sacreligious and add a plop of sour cream to the whole mess. Mmmmmmmmmm

Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a winnAR!

The exception for ground meat is ground venison - it's so lean that it doesn't make the chili unnecesarily greasy like ground beef does.
venisons is awesome, carl, i love it, 30 year deer hunter, love that venison in all dishes, lol,dt

My father-in-law kills an average of 8 a year.... So he eats it every day, and I mean EVERY day.
(Of course he is one of those who thinks that Ketchup is "spicy".)
