Reminds me!

I had my niece (8) and nephew (14) last week, and every day after I picked her up from school we had an hour to kill before we picked her brother up. We went to Starbucks in between to get a snack, and one day she got a double chocolate cupcake. The next day we went back and they were all out of the cupcakes. Emilee was NOT pleased. When we were on our way back to the car, Emilee said, (and I quote) "Um, Auntie, the next time you go here, can you tell that guy that he needs to have those cupcakes, or the next time I come here, he is goin down"! (she doesn't take after me at all...)

I've been snowed under for the last couple of days with DVD work for the funeral home. Finally I have a few minutes to catch up here. So I open up AFF and what do I find? OVER 40 pages on this thread alone!!

Since this is one I really wanted to read as it was going on, I'm gonna take a little while and close myself in my room to do some intense reading. I'll see you all when I finish this book. In the meantime, try to be nice to each other, kids, ok?

High school days eh? I was choir president, FHA vice president for 2 years, lettered in track, went to state a few times for vocals, was in a few musicals (small parts...never felt I could memorize all those lines!). Yeah, all that and almost getting busted too!!
