Regardless of whether it passes or how it is amended, there will be guys doing exactly what they want, prominent enough guys that they will get by with it.
And when they get by and the precedent is set, anybody else that wants to will jump on the bandwagon.
There might be a district board or two with enough backbone to enforce it, but they will be the exception and not the rule.

Yea, i really think it's going to change regardless of a resolution or not. in fact, some that are for it have already declared what they plan to do resolution or not.
in a few years it wont matter - everyone that has a computer will also have a TV from what i am hearing

I like the JF show - but have only seen it on the internet so I am safe - I can fellowship the cons and the libs.
