Does everyone deserve to die?

If I understand correctly Adam And Eve lost immortality, in the garden due to sin,mankind gains immortality if they abide in Christ.
The lost perish,the redeemed gain eternal or everlasting life.

Well, they certainly died spiritually but were always destined to die physically.

They lost access to the Tree Of Life,if I understand correctly if they ate of the tree of life it gave them immortality.
