Absolutely.
This type of activity can return some good benefits and help the body recover from our modern way of living but it is not something one wants to visit to "repair" the damage we do.
It is a good way to break old addictions and give the body time & space to repair itself but it is a useless venture if it is not followed by a new and healthier way of living.
