This has been all over Facebook. (with Obama's name) I have a great, odd and quirky sense of humor, but I don't find these jokes funny. I realize that we tend to dehumanize certain 'names' when they are celebrities, but the reality is that there are real people behind the names. I don't care for Obama's policies
at all, and I hope he doesn't win re-election.... but he has a wife and daughters. I always felt bad for President Bush's family when he was being ridiculed and called a liar, and I feel bad for Obama's when things like this are said about him.
Criticize the policies all you want, but to joke about wishing someone dead goes beyond what I find acceptable.
I did find it pretty funny that so many of my conservative friends were saying that Patrick Swayze and Farrah Fawcett were their favorite actors/actresses.
.... Come on guys I was just kidding! I don't want to end up on that pile of ..... whatever it was!
