LOL! I take it that most here do not like to hear Jeff Arnold, Norman Wagner, and many other Pentecostal preachers who are loud.

I don't mind loud. I love Jeff Arnold.

I like it loud because I am hard of hearing. I have a sound amplifier which helps me hear my pastor while he preaches. He has gotten loud but never screamed that I can recall. However, during the praise and worship portion of the services I turn it down some.

I wouldn't say that Jeff Arnold, Bishop Wagner, Noel Jones, or even T.D. Jakes were screamers, but I would say they were annointed. I also wouldn't say that they were screamers, but they do tend to bring some noise when they preach!
What's wrong with you people? I bet some of you liked your music loud when you were younger.

I think if you will read the Gospels, you will find places where Jesus "stood and cried, saying," and places where He lifted His voice.
Constant screaming gets irritating quickly, but monotonous Baptist droning does also.

At the risk of sounding rude, I must say the first thought that came to my mind when I read this was "I don't have to feel anything to offer praise and worship".
And, if more people would offer what God is worthy of, no one would have to ask them to.

God forbid that I have to be spiritually overwhelmed by God in order to praise Him.
He's been better to me than that.

I get tired of cheerleading though. If you have been drilling, but you don't strike oil...move on. Quit harping on people to keep clapping, singing, etc. If the spirit isn't taking off...maybe God wants to move on and do something else. Stop with the cheerleading!
