I HATE pantyhose. I look forward to the THREE seasons of the year when I don't have to wear them, I usually choose tights in winter, AND the new spray-on hose are a nice, much cooler, compromise (for the platform).
Three words:
*Razor
*Lotion
*Pedicure
Good heavens, there is such a thing as spray on hose?
For those who live in the south, or in OKLAHOMA where the summers are REALLLLLY hot and miserable...a pantyhose requirement? UGH!!!!

It looks like pantyhose, and doesn't come off easily.
Some of the girls in the ensemble wear it in the summer, and no one is ever the wiser. Well, unless they're also wearing open-toed shoes.

There should be a pantyhose BAN along with suit coats for men!!!!!
I think all men who require their women to wear pantyhose in the summer should have to wear them TOO!!!!! HAHA!!! That trend would end QUICKLY.
Honestly, I can't imagine equating ladylike-ness with wearing pantyhose. Coming from a country girl who prefers bare feet above all, I would hope that doesn't make me less of a lady.

the only thing that is "required" in my house is that i load the dishwasher exactly the way Mrs. Ferd prefers....which changes weekly.

Very true, but all that extra stuff isn't the Apostolic church - aren't you the one that don't allow your wife or daughter out of the house without pantyhose on?
A lady in my church wears support pantyhose 12 months of the year. Our pastor does not enforce this, it is her choice to do so.
