Amen! I was praying for Sis. Freeman this morning...just praying that the will of God be done. She's done so much for Jesus!

Information:
---------spoke with Sandra Freeman Friday night and this is the latest update:

-Sis Nona Freeman does not have pneumonia.

-She complains about a stiff painful neck and unable to turn it. They fear meningitis so they did a spinal tap and are awaiting results. The procedure was very grueling for a 90 yr old and she was finally sleeping. She has not rested well at all.

-Sandra and Jason personally got her to eat a few raspberries and other bites of food of course with her infamous hot sauce! But they did not know if she has had a stroke and called in a throat therapist who said she could swallow and so they gave her something to drink. She drank 3 glasses of water immediately and this has brought her kidney function up.

-She is running a fever of over 101 continually and for elderly this is not well tolerated.

-Her white count is high indicating infection.

Many are calling the hospital and the ICU can not handle the number of calls so we are handling any questions at the request of Sister Freeman’s family.

She is so well loved of course people want to send flowers but she can't have them especially in ICU. Kneemail partners ask Sandra and there is no telling when they will resume Sister Freeman’s schedule and this greatly affects her supporting missions she so dearly loves. Instead of flowers that money even the smallest amount can really be used towards expenses instead of flowers.

Also an urgent request: Sister Freeman told Sandra that she wrote her a letter for her Christmas present. She can not find that letter anywhere! She wants very badly to find it especially with circumstances as they are now. In JESUS name we ask your prayers for God to lead Sandra exactly where it is!

SANDRA FREEMAN & JASON WILLIAMS REPORTS SUNDAY NIGHT:PRAISE THE NAME OF JESUS!!! Sister Nona Freeman has been upgraded and moved from ICU to what is called a Progressive Care private room. Phones are turned off because she can only talk for minutes at a time. Any attempts for her to talk absolutely wears her out. If anyone comes in or calls you know Sister Freeman is going to talk about the Lord and pray! She is sick not dead! As long as Nona Freeman has breath her words and thoughts will be about JESUS! -She is retaining fluid but it is not due to congestive heart failure. It is due to IV's.-She was given an antibotic in her IV line and complained of severe pain. Nurses did not take her serious and when Jason and Sandra got to her they checked and the horrible pain was from red streaks running up her arm. When they called nurses they immediately stopped the IV. The meds is like acid to veins. -Vitals:-Still running fever.-Blood pressure still higher than should be. -She is drinking her Reliev shakes and using her hot sauce she so dearly loves! She has been told about it and is looking forward to reading them when she gets home. Chances are she may be able to go home probably at the end of the week or first of next. She loves praise reports and testimonies! She still can't have flowers even in Progressive Care and is very sensitive to fresh ones but she can use even the smallest offerings instead of flowers and/or gifts. The greatest gift anyone can give Sister Nona Freeman is call her name in prayer to her precious Lord and Savior, JESUS CHRIST! Still remember this request: Sister Freeman wrote Sandra her daughter that travels with her a letter for her Christmas present and it has not been found. Sandra wants very badly to find it. In JESUS name we ask your prayers for God to lead Sandra exactly where it is!

-She is very alert and is eating well.

-She no longer had fever as of 4 pm today!!!

-Ouma's condition is continuing to improve.

-She has been in the hospital since Wednesday of this past week and has been through a lot.
-Phone calls are still coming in from people who are unaware of her condition or what has happened.


-As of earlier tonight (Monday), the doctors are taking Ouma off of the antibiotics she has been taking for a staph infection in her blood.
-The infection is still present and the doctors do not know the cause or source, but her body is handling it well on it's own.
-Ouma handled one antibiotic well while another agitated her as it went through the vein.
-Ouma's fever has come down to normal.
-Her blood pressure is still a little high but the cardiologist is adjusting her medication to correct that.
-She is having to take a blood thinner (not sure which one) due to atrial fibrillation which can cause clotting leading to a stroke.



This is a great improvement from where Ouma has been since she was admitted on Wednesday. Saturday was a turning point for her though. Having already been healed from the effects of a stroke and pneumonia, Ouma was still very fevered from the infection in her blood which made her very uncomfortable. She was hardly able to rest - which we all know is a challenge for Ouma anyway. But something changed during the morning on Saturday because her fever, though still over 100, was much lower, her face was not as flush as it had been since Wednesday and she was more at ease and able to rest throughout the day. Ouma's appetite has gotten better although she is limited on her daily intake of fluids.


Please continue praying for Ouma. Again, her condition is greatly improved! I think the two main issues that remain are the atrial fibrillation and the blood infection. Pray that she be healed of the remaining illnesses and regains her strength back quickly. She is trusting Jesus to heal her completely. Please agree with her in prayer.
