Bill Clinton was a reprehensible man and a decent President. He, like every politician had his good and bad points. Overall, he was a good Governor of Arkansas.

Bear in mind that Joe Biden is known as being "the gaffe that keeps on giving" .
Obviously the man loves the taste of leather, since he keeps putting his foot in his mouth. Never underestimate the ability of Joe Biden to say something dumb.
