As for myself, when I say that I love something material, I am just really exagerating. I often say that I love mexican food.... I really don't have an affection for it...But I do love cheesecake and I am affectionate with cheesecake...! I savor everybite! Mmmm LOL
I make an awesome cheesecake with Walnut crust! Very good. I do really like Spinach Enchiladas.
I am only bothered when people try to force you to eat or drink what they have. I don't like that.
Right there with you on that one!!!
My Grandma is the worlds worst, she will just wear you down, until you finally eat in self-defense!!! And then turn around and offer you a diet pill!!!
Reminds me of a hilarious scene in "King of the Hill" (animated sitcom about a Texas family). Hank is trying to explain to his wife how important his guitar is to him, and how much he loves it. She is listening to all this, and finally says, with an air of moral superiority, "I love my family."
Hank just says, "Yeah, now you're gettin' it! Just like you love your family, I love my guitar!"

I was taught as a child not to say I "love" things and stuff... Unfortunately (I guess) I have gotten away from it. Cause I LOVE:
Freshly ground and roasted Espresso
Premium Black Angus Ribeyes
Lobster Tail (especially when I do them on the grill)
My wife's Chicken Piccatta
My potato salad
Fresh chopped garlic on just about anything
Freshly baked bread - with a big slab of butter
And yes - I think about food alot. I have traveled to many countries, and I must say the people are the greatest interest and enjoyment - BUT! - THE FOOD is a close second!
Yup I'm warped!

I am a firm believer in the Old Paths
Articles on such subjects as "The New Birth," will be accepted, whether they teach that the new birth takes place before baptism in water and Spirit, or that the new birth consists of baptism of water and Spirit. - THE PENTECOSTAL HERALD Dec. 1945
"It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves
