No but if you question Admin, you can get double banned. Im not sure how that would work but it might be fun.

maybe BOOM can find a way to restrict you to Thads Tab with read only access? that would be funny!

I'm not angry, staysharp. Not at all. Didn't you see the Happy New Year sign?

What you're failing to recognize is the rights of the Forum itself, as an entity, to make whatever rules it sees fit, regardless of how others view those rules as fair, equal or not. The members have less rights, since they agreed to follow those rules, fair or not, when they joined of their own volition.

So, demanding rights after the fact is like demanding to be allowed to attend school topless after you've signed an agreement on your application to wear shirts to class, and then being angry when security escorts you off the premises.

P.S. I've been banned before--for breaking rules. I bit my lip and took my medicine with some dignity, and I didn't waste my time digging up dirt on every other poster in this forum in order to prove how much worse they were than me (and therefore equally bannable). Nor did I whine about my "rights", since I'm a smart girl and I understand that posting on this forum is a privilege that I can lose if I misbehave, and not something I have any right to.

How bout this , just start your own AFF, we will come sign on as members and proceed to tell you how much more holier than you we are because your too stupid to understand the bible on your own without my all inclusive theological genius and then you can ban us.

Also, it should be pointed out that there is no law that says the owners of any establishment cannot exercise judement.

Subjectivity is another word for Judement.

Back to your strip club. staysharp, if a guy comes in with exeptionally shifty eyes, you have a right to toss said fellow out on his bum. you have a right (and in some instances) a responsibility to refuse service to anyone who might do harm to your establisment (and your stripper employees).

No, no, NO, FERD, you KNOW those stripper employees are "askin' for it", and therefore those poor men have the right to look as shifty eyed as they like, and even look with their hands if they want, after all it is provoked, and the strippers are behaving much worse than the men in the club, when it comes right down to it! If the men behave badly, the strippers should be the ones banned from the club.

Evidently our admin team felt that Sharpstick needed to spend more time with his "adult business" than on this forum. I hope he gets things in order.

Is it lawful to ban individuals who intimidate the scripturally weak? Is it further lawful to censure threads that speak against the Administration?

If we were in Cuba I would understand.

You might have the right to speak, but you don't have the right to be heard!

Do you think that Rush Limbaugh let's everyone have their say?
