IMO - TV should have never been in the manual. It's the principles that matter. But since it is in the manual, it seems like compromise to many to take it out.

Holiness cannot be legislated any longer. Our people must be taught to draw the lines, as one brother put it, accross the heart.

The television issue is not a worldliness issue in my opinion. A person can be very worldly minded and not own a television or use it to preach the Gospel.

Compared to what things were like 30 years ago the apostolic church in North America is for the most part more worldly minded today.
