There is a quotation that I like.
I know who said it. His name was Paul.
Rom 1:16 ¶ For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
Rom 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
Rom 1:18 ¶ For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Rom 1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed [it] unto them.
Rom 1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

Eico,
I thought it was a funny graphic.
It was never intended to be serious.

Repentance is for the remission of sins. It is not a one time act. It is a lifestyle of following Jesus in complete obedience whithersoever he leadeth.

Hmmm ... seems like we've taken a verse to fit our theology ...
This passage is about IDOLATRY AND UNGRATITUDE..... LET'S EXAMINE THE HIGH CRIMES OF THESE UNRIGHTEOUS MEN WHO HAVE FALLEN UNDER THE WRATH OF GOD
VERSE 21. AND 22...
21For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. 22Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools 23and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.

I was addressing this new age idea that we can't know much of anything about God.
The Scripture tells us otherwise.

You are obfuscating again ... my dear friend ... we are speaking about having him all figured out and defined... just like those Paul is addressing in Romans 1

Obviously, there are some things we can know about God with certainty.

How about this one then...
Jer 9:23 ¶ Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise [man] glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty [man] glory in his might, let not the rich [man] glory in his riches:
Jer 9:24 But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I [am] the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these [things] I delight, saith the LORD.
