I know it's no secret. Yet, she is only brought out because she is the image you have of others who you don't agree with. You have fun with her, and she does something for you in a way of release.

Agreed, but we are talking about a made up holiday that was stolen from pagans by Catholics. That it self is not even argued by the secular world.
What is outrageous, is that the no-standards crowd scream against standards and then turn around and fight like wolves to defend xmas.

It is so unreal.

I have to leave to go to work, but heed what the Bible says concerning holiness, as I stated in another post. God said be ye holy, and this is what we are called to do.

I do. It's fun.

I guess I'll be in that circle of hell that is decorated with garland, lights and popcorn strings.

So as long as the lines are blurred enough.... it's ok. Which bascally if you water down the pagan part we can party.

I see it now the liberals said it was ok to get it on with the pagans, the conservatives said no way and wanted no part. The liberals bring in Christianity to a pagan holiday and overtime the liberals blur the lines enough to point to all the others it's all about Christ. Don't mind the reason this day was set apart by pagans and we hijacked it enough to make it palatable to even many conservatives. See it's about Jesus! Sorry but I don't like Constantine and most others in that era. Next you will be telling me fertility eggs are ok on easter etc.... Let's have the children run around practicing more paganism.

For those who don't celebrate Christmas.... do you believe in any holidays? If so, which ones...

I don't! God never said it was clean to eat. Not a heaven or hell issue though as it deals with defilement of health not the spirit. Which you would think you would want to listen to God about how and what to eat.

SO explain to me the difference or how you define the difference the scripture you quoted was referring to unclean animals. You must be one of those preachers who takes out what you dont agree with. If you follow all the the commandments like mixing holiness with pagonism you cant eat pork, women cant speak in church and a minister cant be remarried.

In my patriotism, I celebrate federal holidays. Holidays, not holy-days!

You are right, Neck, but some of these people are hopeless. They will never get we celebrate Jesus and not pagans. I don't care if there was a holiday for "Athiests at Play" or "Satan's Sin Day," I would still choose to worship Jesus on those holidays.
