DA, I have not read the whole thread, but are you suggesting a physical re-enactment OR that R, WBJN, and HG are symbolic of those parts of Christ's life?

Do you think Peter preached another message besides what he preached at Pentecost?

no ... I'm suggesting some would say we must re-enact each step ... to be SAVED .... forgetting HE DID IT ONCE AND FOR ALL ... it's a flawed parallelism ... that PAJCers hold on to ... especially when faced w/ Acts 10 ... the 'new born' babies there "resurrected" before they were dead and buried ....

The three steps only exist in your and Fudge's mind. There are three elements and YES they are present in Acts 10!

They are indeed present ... but not in the false presentation ... espoused by the Water and Spirit ... proponents ...

So would you say that R is symbolic of death
WBJN is symbolic of burial
and HG is symbolic of resurrection?

I'd say ... when read carefully ... Romans 6 states that baptism is symbolic of all three ...
