I posted the definition regarding the use of the preposition "en" and its meanings, particularly when speaking of instrumentality or means BY WHICH something is accomplished.
Jesus Christ is the ONE who created all things. Furthermore, God created all things BY Christ, because according to Paul Christ is the WISDOM OF GOD, and the Scriptures declare that God made all things BY WISDOM. Moreover, Christ is the WORD made flesh, who created all things, and the Bible teaches clearly that God created all things BY HIS WORD. So not only do I have the grammar on my side, I have the THEOLOGY OF THE NEW TESTAMENT and of THE OLD TESTAMENT on my side. IF however you eliminate the idea that God created all things BY Christ, but instead have them created only "in" Christ, Christ is no longer the CREATOR but rather the CONTAINER.
Which makes no sense.

You totally missed it, what im saying. Not a container, I'm talking about it's made in and through Him as a Blueprint.,a plan, a reason Just as John 1 is talking about.
Because "He is the One that was that is, that is to come, the Almighty." They are one and the same, just Father and Son is denoting relationship. One was the flesh version, of the invisible Spirit. So either way you go, it was made by Him. He didn't have to manifest any bodily form to create world's, He wasn't painting a picture like Bob Ross..

Re: What Are You Reading Currently, 2.0
Just started reading Annals, by Tacitus. In English, unfortunately, as my Latin is nowhere up to speed...
Also been reading various scholarly treatments concerning the Essenes, Qumran Community, and related issues (see the thread on the Son of Man And His Coming In Power). I will probably be looking to obtain a copy of the Ugaritic texts to add to the studies, since all of that ties into ancient Baal worship and Babylonian mythology.
But Tacitus - I just started reading tonight, and I already like the guy. Even in translation his personality is showing, in spite of him attempting to write a history devoid of biases.

Re: What Are You Reading Currently, 2.0
I am currently reading the following book:
https://besselvanderkolk.net/the-bod...the-score.html
It's a great read so far, but hard to read, too, as he gives real life accounts of things people have gone through or experienced, not in graphic, yet still very blunt, terms.

I finished this about a week ago. Very good over all. Some weak points. Afterwords, I thought about reading People of the Lie, but since I'd just finished a pretty depressing book about psychological trauma and what it does to the brain, I figured I would read something less heavy.
So I picked up and read in about three days Born to Run. It was very good, albeit some language concerns decreased my overall enjoyment.
Since then I've started reading three different books. Alan Segal's Two Powers in Heaven, Being Mortal by Dr. Atul Gawande, and The Lost History of Christianity: The Thousand-Year Golden Age of the Church in the Middle East, African, and Asia--And How It Died by Philip Jenkins:
https://voice.dts.edu/review/philip-...-christianity/
Of the three, this is the most interesting so far.
