It will clean your sinus's out gently but efficiently....It has a saline solution you dissolve and then it works by gravity...

We used to have a regular herbal...expert (my husband secretly called her the witch doctor...LOL) in Missouri--I miss having her close by. She's awesome. Some people do have a natural ability to "heal", for lack of a better term. The same good intuition a good doctor has, I guess.
You should get into it!

I found it on amazon for under $7 the last time I purchased it. It's definitely cheaper online than in the store we have in Corinth.

You poor tepid salt water up your nose and let it run out the other side (into the sink).
It really works great. It doesn't hurt, either, unless you get the water too cold or hot, or don't have the right salt/water ratio.
Obviously you want to breathe through your MOUTH during this process.

Several years ago I bought a small journal and jotted down things I wanted to do in my lifetime, both great and small. I've gone back to check it periodically, and after a few years, it's surprising how many things I've been able to mark off the list!
In order to feel successful, you need to define success. What makes you a successful man? A successful husband? Father? Pastor/minister? Christian?
Certainly not perfection.... ;-)

Where do you buy myrrh gum capsules? Sound interesting. I like to use colloidal silver in place of antibiotics.
The Neti Pot is cool, and really works! It cleared up my daughter's sinus infection a few weeks ago.

Too late. I'm already a fan. Neti-Pots are a wonderful invention.
Dr. Oz recommends them, too.
