She said that the drawers are a little hard to open. I told her to rub some candle wax on them. Isn't that what you are supposed to do? She said, "No! I might get pieces of candle wax on his clothes!" Oh lord! First child!!! Just wait until they have more. She won't be so picky about it.

Yeah, first child. I was thinking the same thing about the laundry basket. LOL! Thanks, I think it is cute.
Hey, Subby - I found out that it's not me taking the terrible pictures! LOL! It's this camera. My daughter took the pictures and said, "Why does this camera make you stand here so long to take a picture!" I thought I was the only one with ADHD!
I also brought home the extra swing and I can't turn it off! I took it apart to bring it home, but the mechanism is till going back and forth. I pushed all the buttons and I can't open the thing where the batteries are. I had to drive home with that annoying noise!
My husband is going to walk in the house and say, "What in the world is that noise!"

Eliza's swing did that one time. I took her out of it and it wouldn't stop. Nothing I did worked so I just walked out of the room with her so I wouldn't have to listen to it and left it swinging!!

Re: PO's Best Christmas Present EVER!!!!!
The room is sooooo cute! I'm loving it all ! I'm literally laughing out loud that she wouldn't rub candle wax on the drawers - YEP, first child !
Now P.O. - you didn't show enough of the picture on the wall! I just couldn't quite see what you were referring to....

LOL! Well, he did come in and asked why it was still running. "Because I don't know how to turn it off!" He flipped the cover off with his pocketknife and took the battery out! Whew!!! That was like 4 hours of running time! I was afraid I would break the cover, so I left it alone. LOL!

Re: PO's Best Christmas Present EVER!!!!!
LOL! They go somewhere different every year, so I don't know where they were in the picture over their bed. I know it was on their honeymoon. I think it's at some water park. Everywhere they have moved, they have that picture over their bed. LOL!
This is their first home. They've done a fine job on this house. It's a bit small for them, but when they are finished, they will make a good deal of money and buy a larger home sometime next year. It will be fine for now until the baby grows older.

She ran out of clothes hangers. The rest of the clothes are in the dresser! I told her that he doesn't need any more clothes. He's going to outgrow them before he can wear them all. She needs to space the sizes out a little more.
Yes, it is getting exciting. You can see I don't post much because I can't keep my mind on anything else. I'm trying to finish painting his bedroom door over at our house. He will love that - walking into a coloring book or a fairy tale. I guess I've never really grown up myself! LOL!
