No, I'm pointing out that "The State of Israel" is run from somewhere OTHER than either Jerusalem or TelAviv.

The Hulk series started in 1978 Doctor David Bruce Banner doesn't Hulk out in Avenger's Infinity war in 2018. That is 40 years!!!
