We aren't electing an unfettered king or dictator. He can be impeached if he gets out of line.
And there's NO WAY he would be worse than BHO.

That's the reasoning with the Republicans not supporting Trump. They know what they will get with Hillary and have NO idea what Trump will actually do.
And your argument about the SCOTUS is bogus - Trump at one of the debates:

Trump: Now, Ted's been very critical, I have a sister, who is a brilliant, [crosstalk] excuse me, she's a brilliant judge. He's been criticizing... he's been criticizing my sister for signing a certain bill. You know who else signed that bill? Justice Samuel Alito, a very conservative member of the Supreme Court, with my sister signed that bill. So, I think that maybe we should get a little bit of an apology from Ted, what do you think?

He has no idea what they do. And this isn't the Apprentice where he gets to fire everyone who disagrees with him. He can insult anyone he wants. He's been doing a good job of it, but we do have a Congress he has to get through.
As a matter of fact, one of his spokesmen just admitted he would have to go through Congress to "build a wall". Right, no duh, we have said.
Look at Donald's list of potential of SCOTUS picks:
https://www.donaldjtrump.com/press-r...ates-supreme-c
Nine of them are politicians, jurists as their secondary.
NONE of them are legal scholars.
THREE have taught law
NONE have taught the Constitution
ALL of them have a trail leading back to judicial activism
NONE of them are legal conservatives
He didn't pick anyone, like Cruz or Mike Lee, who strongly believes in delineation of powers which includes restrictions on executive authority.
Wishful thinking, but Trump has pivoted and flip-flopped on almost everything he has promised. You really have no idea what he will do and where he will stand. Even the Tax Foundation said that his plan loses too much revenue and benefits high-income taxpayers.
What we do know is that he is a narcissistic bully. Not a good trait for a world leader.
