What is your reaction to FBI crime stats that show violent black on white crime dwarfs violent white on black crime? Isn't that really the elephant in the room nobody wants to talk about? Doesn't the ignoring of such stats by the media and government demonstrate that, all in all, discrimination is in the Afro-Americans' favor?

A lot of black on white crime are crimes of opportunity without race being a factor.
However, with white on black crime, many times race is a factor.
Then you have the situations where white cops kill black assailants and I think that is a completely different category of crime to be dealt with all by itself.
Unfortunately, your experiment wouldn't work if all the black cops knew they were being put there to guage their responses. Of course you are going to be on your best behavior if you KNOW you're being watched.
The cop in South Carolina did what he did and "knew" he'd get away with it because he didn't think he was being watched! He even LIED about what happened and tried to cover himself.
