please see that it is the running, accepted "joke," and that it was not i that was offended. I am compelled to post for the offended.

the solution for that situation, imo, involves a social change, not acquiescing to the oppression carefully cultivated by our Fascist regime, not marginalizing the oppressed, and changing ones mind. But don't worry; God has a solution for this, that will not be put off, if we refuse to hear His voice here. It will be termed "terrible," no doubt, and "an aberration." The response will undoubtedly be more oppression--the article indicates this--and more "security." ok
Don't be surprised when this event becomes a model for others.

Understand that there are other valid reflections in this matter that have not even been broached--what a theatre that decides it is ok to even show Fifty Shades deserves; why black girls--or anyone, for that matter--would want to watch such tripe, etc.

Yeah, you can try to claim it wasn't about me. Unfortunately using a quote from me prior to your post, and then even referencing during your post makes it really hard to change the story and claim it wasn't about me.

6 times "you" or "your" after quoting me.

If I quote you and then write an accusation beginning with "You," who else besides you would I be addressing? Especially if in the middle of the post I again post a reference to something you wrote.

I don't think the original poster is weak either.

I think he is frustrated with the reality of some blacks doing some things but then when Republicans make a racial comment, they are labelled as racist.

ok, well regardless of the OPs intent--guess the joke is on me there?--i give you guys credit for expressing your opinions here, which are surely widely held. That you feel comfortable expressing them here speaks volumes to me; but this should be tempered with the knowledge that i am prolly borderline autistic--which should be read as "socially clueless, and sensitive to the absurd in social mores"--and so if i make you defensive, that is my fault.

while i have given up trying to convert people to the idea that their online avatar is not themselves--after all, what is an "n david" to me, but an idea posted on a pc screen--and understand that most people identify personally with their avatar, i do go to some lengths to depersonalize controversial posts that i feel compelled to comment upon, and would hate to be the cause of someone refraining from posting what they believe for fear of it being challenged. This strikes me as cowardice; what you are doing takes a certain amount of courage, and serves God one way or another, just as my posts hopefully do.

i am shazeep; and you will never meet me, or interact with me in any other venue, in all likelihood. i come here to have my most closely held concepts challenged, and i invite you to shred them to the best of your ability. i will do my best to sanitize potentially inflammatory quotes, by not taking them from the same page, removing the poster's identity, etc., and ask your forgiveness where i fail, which i often do.
